JavaPM is a free and cross-platform software development tool that helps localize Java projects. It can convert Java .properties files to XLIFF 1.2 format, which can then be translated using most modern translation environments. Subsequently, JavaPM will insert the translations into the Java project, creating new .properties files or updating existing ones. Additionally, JavaPM tracks all .properties files in a Java project and can generate full or incremental translation kits.
